With current clinical roles at the Royal Children's Hospital. We support infants, children and adolescents with picky eating and food refusal, growth concerns, tube feeding and weaning, food allergies and intolerances, gastrointestinal conditions, neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD) and disordered eating.

Why Choose Complete Dietetics
Complete Dietetics is one of a small number of private practices in Melbourne where you'll find dietitians with genuine specialist credentials — not generalists covering a broad range of areas, but clinicians who have spent years building deep expertise in specific and complex conditions. Emma Gore is one of very few dietitians in Australia who is both a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC-D) and credentialed in gastrostomy tube management, alongside her specialty in the management of gastrointestinal conditions. Sammy Baring and Sophie King hold senior clinical roles at the Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne, bringing a level of paediatric expertise that is exceptionally rare in private practice.
Our new clinic at 478 Kooyong Road, Caulfield South sits at the heart of Melbourne's inner south east — within easy reach of Caulfield, Carnegie, Malvern, Armadale, St Kilda East, Elsternwick, Glen Eira and Bentleigh. For clients in the bayside corridor and surrounding suburbs, this means specialist dietitian care is now genuinely local. The clinic is accessible by public transport and street parking is available on Kooyong Road.
We work with clients across a wide range of needs — from children with complex feeding difficulties and adults navigating complex gastrointestinal conditions, to NDIS participants and individuals managing chronic health conditions. What brings all of our work together is a weight-inclusive, non-judgmental approach and a genuine commitment to walking alongside clients and their families rather than prescribing from a distance. Whether you're coming in to our Caulfield South clinic, receiving a home visit, or joining us via telehealth from anywhere in Australia, you'll receive the same standard of specialist care.
Weight-inclusive ~ Non-diet ~ Always.
Weight-inclusive ~ Non-diet ~ Always.
At Complete Dietetics, our dietitians practice from a Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned, weight-inclusive, non-diet framework. If you've been told your weight is the problem, or you've had nutrition advice that felt more like judgment than support, we want you to know: it can be different.
We move away from rigid meal plans, food rules and diet culture. Instead, we work with you/your child to find sustainable, joyful ways of nourishing your body, tailored to your life, your preferences and your goals.
You will feel heard. You will not be judged. We are here to walk alongside you.
